Employment Law: Partner, Reading.
A boutique and specialist law firm is hiring a Partner or Legal Director for their Employment team, based in the Reading office. The Real Talk
This position sits within a highly reputable Employment team; one known nationally for the support they offer to both employees and employers at a range of companies, from start-ups to some of the biggest household names. The team is known for offering strategic, honest and coordinated advice, and has been recognised by the Legal 500 for Employment work for many years.
Due to the makeup of the team and the work coming from clients, there is a genuine need for a Legal Director or Partner within the team but without the need for that person to bring their own work with them. Does this sound too good to be true? Yes, but there are no strings, no waffle. That's the truth. This role is perfect for a stifled Legal Director within a large team who is either dealing with institutionalised clients and therefore cannot build their own client book, or who is lacking the investment from their current practice to push on.
