The Real Talk
This is a fee-share firm that doesn't feel like one. The model gives you the autonomy and the financial transparency lawyers go fee-share for: you own your client relationships, you decide how you work, and you're rewarded directly for the work you bring in and do. What sets this firm apart is that it hasn't stripped out everything else that makes a firm worth belonging to. There's real infrastructure, a collaborative partner community, regular opportunities to connect, and a firm that cares whether you're enjoying what you do. If you're weighing up a move to a traditional firm against going fee-share, this is built to be the best of both.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- • Building and running your own Franchising practice, advising franchisors and franchisees on the full lifecycle of franchise relationships
- • Bringing your existing client following and growing it, with control over how you service and price your work
- • Advising on franchise structuring, agreements, disputes and expansion, including international franchising where relevant
- • Collaborating with partners across other practice areas to cross-refer and offer clients a broader service
- • Contributing to a supportive, collegiate partner community rather than working in isolation
What We Need From You
- • Qualified solicitor with substantial, specialist Franchising experience at or approaching Partner level
- • A client following you can realistically bring with you, or a clear route to building one
- • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable running your own practice and taking ownership of business development
- • Someone who values autonomy but also wants to be part of a team and a culture
- • Happy to work in a flexible, largely remote way within a UK-wide partner network
The Offer
- Salary: £150,000 – £300,000
- • Flexibility: Complete control over where, when and how you work, UK-wide
- • The bit worth highlighting: The control and earning potential of fee-share, within a firm with the culture, infrastructure and community of a traditional one
