This is a genuinely substantial Corporate team, over 70 lawyers strong, operating from 13 UK locations, and advising everyone from entrepreneurs and SMEs through to financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies. What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Working across the full range of corporate work: M&A, disposals, fundraising, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Advising on corporate restructurings, reorganisations, demergers and corporate structures
• Running your own caseload with minimal supervision, supported by a genuinely collaborative team working seamlessly across offices
• Actively developing your own client relationships and network, with real support to do so
• Managing matters commercially, including time recording, billing and WIP, as part of running a healthy caseload

What We Need From You

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and strong, directly relevant corporate experience
• Strong commercial acumen and genuine understanding of your clients' industries and businesses
• A track record of sound financial and case management, and meeting client expectations
• Confident running your own caseload independently
• A self-starting, friendly, team-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal skills

The Offer

• Salary: £75,000 – £120,000
